Ho Chi Minh is in a way larger than life in Vietnam. And I can see why so many people looked up to him. Even when the tour guide talked about him, you can hear that he regards Ho Chi Minh as the man who put Vietnam on the map.
A city named after him. A great, big mausoleum and adored by his people. I don't think anyone can ask for more.
