Unlike here in Malaysia where a yellow scooter will probably stick out like a sore thumb, a yellow scooter is pretty common sight in Hanoi.
It is the main form of transportation for several reasons. First, it is cheap and petrol is cheaper. Second, parking is free. Third, it is easier to swerve and avoid other motorists and pedestrians.
