Another interesting culture that you never see here is motorcycle-cabs. That is right! Since the easiest way to travel in Hanoi is via motorcycle, its only natural there will be 2-wheel version of a cab.
Natural wind, possibly no jam, and the ride of a lifetime. What more can you ask for?
